Appeal from Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board.
On December 14, 1942, claimant was unemployed. He registered for a job with the United States Employment Service in New York City, but did not file his application for unemployment insurance benefits until January 27, 1943. The Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board was without authority to predate claimant's application. The Board's decision should be reversed and the referee's decision affirmed. Decision of the Appeal Board reversed and referee's decision affirmed, without costs. All concur.
