Indictments charging defendant with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, criminal conspiracy, and possession of instruments of crime. Before SMITH, J., non-jury. Finding of guilty as to aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, and possession of instruments of crime. Judgments of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2012, October T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, October T., 1976, Nos. 1706 and 1707.
