RULE 8001-1. Title and Effective Date , 8001-1 (2020)

These local rules, promulgated under Fed.R.Bankr.P. 8018, shall govern practice before the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit (the "BAP" or the "Panel") and shall be known as the First Circuit BAP Local Rules. These rules shall take effect on May 13, 2010, with respect to pending cases and those filed thereafter insofar as is just and practicable.
